Here's the weekend's top news.

After a mob surge in Seoul's nightlife sector left at least 153 people dead and 133 injured over the weekend, relatives looked urgently for answers about the status of lost loved ones on Sunday. At least 133 individuals were also injured in the incident. A large crowd of people celebrating Halloween crowded into a tight alley in the Itaewon neighbourhood of the city on Saturday night, leaving dozens of people trampled and crushed on the street. Those on the ground who were having a cardiac attack were given cardiopulmonary resuscitation by bystanders as well as by rescue personnel. Authorities stated on Sunday that thousands of individuals have called or visited city offices to report missing relatives and to urge officials to confirm whether or not their loved ones were among those injured or killed in the explosion. The identities of nearly all of those who were killed, according to the Seoul Metropolitan Police, have been established. It was unclear at first what caused the mob to rush out into the street in such a large number.
